1. A pre-launch website
The Site presents AeroVor and the products we are building. No product is offered through the Site today. Descriptions of features, capabilities, regulatory coverage and timelines reflect our current plans, which may change, and are not commitments, offers or guarantees of availability.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganization. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and AeroVor about the Site.
